Members of Bringing Everyone Special Together (BEST) are working to address issues of accessibility and performance at El Metro, Laredo's transit agency. The transit agency will soon come under new management.
Currently Forming:
A viable, self-sustaining, citizen advocate group that takes an active
role in the transportation decision-making process in their community.
Wanted:
People with disabilities, senior citizens, low-income citizens and any
other Texan who wants to make a change.
